Our Story
Nasir, born in Palestine, has always been passionate about cooking. His love for the kitchen began at an early age, and it became his lifelong career. Since moving to the United States in the 1980s, he has dedicated himself to the culinary world, opening more than five successful restaurants across the country.
Known for his expertise in shawarma, a beloved dish from his homeland, Nasir is celebrated as one of the most talented in the craft. With over forty years of experience, he has now embarked on his latest venture—Toastyz Grill, his first major expansion in California, specializing in grilled food and shawarma. After years of success in Palestine, Nasir is ready to introduce his unique flavors to the American market under the Toastyz Grill name.
